Returns

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for items in unused, unworn condition, with original tags and packaging. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return by contacting us at info@sapphireint.com. We'll provide you with a return label and detailed instructions. Please note, any returned items must meet the criteria mentioned for us to process the return.

Non-returnable Items: Some items, such as personalized or hygiene-sensitive products, may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be indicated during your purchase process.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original purchase and place a new order. Please follow the standard return process to initiate a return for the item you would like to exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was damaged upon arrival, we will assist you with a replacement or a full refund.
