Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, or because they are personalized. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Please follow the standard return process for this.
