Our Refund policy

At Sapphire International, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, or because they are personalized. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Please follow the standard return process for this.
